zhu tou and sha mei just came back from taiwan.
their very first honeymoon trip :)
but then,
this trip was planned at the wrong time
as taiwan is having their winter season soon,
the clothes there all became winter clothes
so its hard for them to find summer clothes.
furthermore, sha mei was having her menses
so she's not in a fine mood.
on 19 Oct,
they took JetStar to taiwan,
the flight was so not steady.
the pilot tried to play around with the plane,
making the plane swing swing here dance dance there.
when the plane was taking off,
both zhu tou and sha mei cant stop looking at each other with the oh-my-god-can-we-survive look *orhm*
and they kept holding each others' hand so tightly that their palm cant stop sweating.
finally the plane was abit "balanced"...
they started to take pictures by themselves :)
dunno what's sha mei doing in this picture la~
zhu tou was not very comfortable for the seat was quite cramp
and the seat back was very "straight"
so he cant sleep well.

once they touched down at the tao yuen airport its already evening time.
they then took the FreeGo bus to somewhere near their hotel.
and a cab took them to where the hotel is.
the hotel room was nice :)
at least sha mei made a good choice this time.
it was spacious and clean.
the colour combination was up to standard
and zhu tou's favourite was the plasma tv that was hanging on the wall right in front of their bed.
the bed was a big and comfy one.
after bath, its always cosy to be able to snuggle inside the blanket right beside zhu tou :)
anyway after settling their luggages in the hotel room,
they headed to xi men ding for dinner.
as both of them already feeling very hungry,
upon reaching xi men ding,
they did not have any more energy to walk far to explore
and decide what food to eat,
they just parked themselves in KFC-taiwan.
zhu tou was complaining about eating KFC in taiwan :)
but at least that dinner let him knows that
taiwan KFC doesnt provide chili saucefirst day ended quite fast cos they reached their hotel quite late
and both of them were feeling so tired.
On 20 Oct,
they had their breakfast at the Brother Hotel.
and they took mrt there :)
sha mei wanted to go there to have their dim sums
cos she had always been here with her family whenever she's back for holiday.
and she's missing it~
the food there was nice
the fillings in the dim sums were fresh and well-flavoured
zhu tou loved the food there as well,
especially the belt egg porridge.
and he said the prawns there were big and fresh.
the main agenda of that day was to head to shi lin that area,
they changed a few trains to reach shi lin.
sha mei planned to go mei li hua and she saw that the location was near shi lin,
but they cant find that building at all.
so the only place they went was shi lin night market.
upon reaching the night market,
they tried to figure the exact whereabout of the market.
cos the stalls are dispersed everywhere.
they started their stroll from a Levi's shop.
and zhu tou psychoed sha mei into buying a flip flop
without knowing its price.
the flip flop was a combination of purple and gold (i think)
and it was not cheap.
but sha mei likes the colour,
and dunno why zhu tou loves it when sha mei wear flip flop with him :)
they never ate much in shi lin,
only steaks that look nice but actually not that nice.
and zhu tou went to buy a chicken chop,
it was having long queue earlier when they just arrived
so zhu tou wanted to try it,
the chicken chop was not bad
but sha mei doesnt have the appetite at the start of the trip
cos of her menses :(
after which they started to explore the night market.
sha mei wanted to get some tops and shoes
but she's rather picky towards them
and eventually sha mei passed by a shoe shop
and chop chop she bought a pair of shoes.
it was simple and nice :)
they came across this dog,
very huge!! ALMOST THE SAME HEIGHT AS ITS MASTER~
the only top sha mei bought from this trip is a long sleeve top,
and it was obtained from 1 of the shops in shi lin.
zhu tou also came across an Adidas top which he finds it not too bad.
but he felt disturbed by his big tummy *orhm*
he kept asking sha mei to play with it more
for soon
it will be gonewell sha mei believes him without any comment *orhm*
sha mei also bought a belt from a mobile cart.
those carts have the risk of escaping
if there happens to be police around.
sha mei took about 15 mins to buy the belt
because there's another person who's hu shi dan dan towards the belt but still have not decide yet.
so zhu tou helped sha mei to "goop" the belt for her
but sha mei ended up buying another belt :)
they stopped by an arcade and played their usual basketball again..
zhu tou has improved alot though :)
but he still pant like a tired pig~

On 21 Oct,
zhu tou and sha mei woke up and had breakfast at the hotel itself.
they were anticipating something like a buffet
but after opening the door that led to the "restaurant"
they had a not-so-nice de feeling,
after handing the breakfast ticket over to the auntie there,
they sat down at a table nearby,
breakfast took quite awhile to serve.
once the plates were up on the table,
both of them had the hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm looks on their face.
so at that very moment,
they knew their breakfast for the next day wont be there *orhm*
as they were not feeling full from the breakfast earlier on,
they headed to xi men ding for Branch
they were shocked that the shops have not opened yet
for it was already near noon time.
at the same time,
they were wandering around
deciding what to eat.
after taking a few pics
looks like hollywood cinema or something~
they settled in a shop.
zhu tou ordered beef fried rice with honey juice
while sha mei ordered 15 dumplings
while waiting~
IT WAS SO NICE LOHafter zhu tou finished his food,
he was hu shi dan dan-ing sha mei's dumplings.
at first sha mei doesnt think zhu tou will eat
cos there's vege inside the dumplings.
BUT SHE WAS WRONG,
not only zhu tou ate it,
he ate
A FEW of them somemore *argg*
they began to stroll around xi men ding after their meals,
the first thing she bought was a bag for her mum
it looks elegant but the price was not considered cheap
but she bought it anyway.
sha mei was trying to find tops but only long sleeves were seen in the shops
she then saw a nike shoes so they went around checking the price in different shops,
but all the shops were selling at a fix price,
so she just bought it in 1 of the shops selling the nike shoes
they passed by a small eat stall,
so they went in and ordered 1 yang chun noodles and dou gan and dunno-what-meat.
zhu tou loves the food there and exclaimed, " should have come here earlier!"
as they planned to go dan shui the same day,
they headed to the train station after they had their 2nd meal,
suddenly a guy popped out and handed sha mei a purse without saying anything,
sha mei thought it was a free gift, but she also has a thought that it's a not-so-easy item.
after sha mei held on to the item,
the guy started explaining how buying those items can help him to earn points in his university.
it was a purse that was designed by themselves (him and his sch mates)
so he !@#$%^&* said alot of things
until his saliva spilled out.
zhu tou saw the sha mei's face and he can tell that sha mei likes the purse.
so he bought 1 for sha mei.
and that guy went on about buying a set which another item was a badge (i think)
but no, he got no choice but to return the change to zhu tou *grinz*
after taking a rest in the hotel,
they took a train to dan shui,
zhu tou was feeling tired so he took a nap on the train
cos the trip seemed very long from the train map
but less than 40 mins they reached dan shui
just in time for sunset views~

as they cant take a proper pics of themselves together,
someone else was requested to do it for them :)
upon reaching dan shui station,
they took a few pics at a nearby park,
the place there was cooling and crowded.
zhu tou wanted to see lovers' bridge
it was a distant away so they need to take a bus there.
cos the sky was turning dark soon,
zhu tou suggested taking a cab there instead.
on the cab,
the driver was asking alot and sha mei felt uncomfortable,
wondering why he needs to ask so much.
she was abit pissed then.
after alighting from the cab,
zhu tou asked how come she's pissed
and she mis-phrased her words,
saying that she blamed zhu tou for answering the questions asked by the driver
which in turn, made zhu tou damn pissed.
so a quarrel broke out,
and the spark was produced by sha mei.
they wasted more than half an hour quarreling
finally everything toned down abit
but the sun has set and it was night already.
so they just took some simple pics and took a short stroll along the riverside.
after which, they took a bus back to dan shui station.

ok, actually this is a dog trying to entertain the people with his rolling-around skill.
this dog very cute, though he's trying to get some attention la,
but well, he got sha mei's :)
as it was night time already,
they looked out for dinner at dan shui there
they settled at a stall eating lu rou rice and some other small-eat.
they saw the mac in taiwan is very big~
the one they came across is as high as 3 storeys i think~
after they finished,
they went for a short walk nearby
dunno why zhu tou was addicted to the word "hong shao niu rou"
whenever he saw that sentence,
he cant help to stop and think if the dish would turned out delicious *pig*
so once he came across a shop that has that dish again,
he said he wanna try so sha mei accompanied him in
when the dish arrived,
zhu tou tried and sha mei asked his feedback.
he said "ok"
means average~
so they continued to stroll slowly around dan shui,
they entered a shop that sells different kind of decoration items,
zhu tou bought sha mei a pair of shades,
it was very big and when sha mei wears it,
she immediately turned into a fly.
"FLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY..........."

but zhu tou said she looks good *proud*
as they walked on,
they saw a shop which has all kinds of machines.
sha mei aimed a machine which has alot of puppy dolls.
she wanna try her luck
but all failed.
eventually they discovered that someone actually did some hand-leg on the machines.
argg..
zhu tou also went to play gun shooting game.
he was such a great shooter though he still missed some balloons.
and he looks so cool when shooting :)
the night ended with zhu tou and sha mei ended their stroll back to dan shui station.
they then took the train back to hotel.
On 22 Oct,
ever since zhu tou tried the dim sums at Brothers' Hotel,
he's been planning to go back again.
so that day, they went back to eat again,
after their first experience previously,
they order lesser this time round.
but they upsized the porridge they had last time
cos both of them found it to be quite nice
and zhu tou simply love it :)
they alighted at shi zheng fu station after which
for they were going shopping around Taipei 101 that area.
department stores were seen everywhere,
but actually the insides are all selling the same things.
the clothes in the stores were mostly expensive.
so sha mei did not buy any of them.
they walked past another basketball machine~
they came across a very big store~
and its selling all kinda things.
from art and craft things to different kinda cosmetics.
sha mei loves that shop
for she cant stop herself from exploring various make up products :)
zhu tou was getting dull cos sha mei did not have the intention of leaving that store *orhm*
actually sha mei wanna buy a few things,
but thinking of her limited pocket money that day,
she curbed herself from spending too much,
so in the end she only buy a double eyelid tape :)
after that they went from building to building,
and they came across a shop that is selling specs frames.
those kind of frames are the most "IN" frames right now~
thinking that his specs are going to be chui anytime,
zhu tou decided to get 1 frame there.
he tried a few frames and sha mei took a look for him.
then she realized that those "zai nan" frames really suit zhu tou *orhm*
so when zhu tou decided on a frame,
sha mei feeling itchy so she went to try for herself as well.
eventually she got 1 as well *hohoho*
now they are a certified nerd couple *wink*
they wanted to go Taipei 101,
but when they reached there,
the outlook looks like an office building,
so they thought they cant go in.
they then flagged a cab and head to sha mei qi dai de 5 cents PU~
the place was HUGE!
but then the clothes they selling were all winter clothes,
its either long sleeves or thick materials...
so sha mei cant seem to get any desired clothes from there.
she decided to change her plan and get bags instead.
lucky there's still
some summer clothes which the shops are selling at cheaper rates.
sha mei managed to buy a few tops.
she also attempt to buy a shorts for herself,
but due to the cannot-try policy,
she bought it with arga-ration.
in the end she cant even squeeze the shorts through her luo bo tuis~
that when she thought of her bestie hp *orhm*
after the whole tour at 5 cents PU,
sha mei got herself some tops and BAGU
zhu tou also got himself a BAGU which he "thought" its cheap *orhm*
they then took a cab to rao he night market as they did not know how to go there
the night market did not seem crowded that night,
zhu tou and sha mei walked briefly through the night market.
there isnt alot of things to buy there.
they sat down and had a mini bowl of tian bu la,
zhu tou rated an "ok" for that.
whereas sha mei found it not too bad,
but can be better though.
sha mei stopped zhu tou in front of a puppy catching machine again,
as she did not catch any puppies over at dan shui,
she vowed to get 1 out that night.
so she started to dig for her 10 dollar coins,
first try seemed futile cos she cant even get the puppy up the catch-thingy
second try seemed positive cos at least the dog was caught up and travelling a few miles in the air.
but it dropped just before arriving at the hole~
ROAR.
third try was the last try cos she dont wanna waste too much money on those machine.
this time the puppy travel even further but still dropped just before dropping into the hole!
sha mei was frustrated but she gave up :(
when they were finally out of the night market
after finding sha mei mum's sleepy shorts,
they began to think of their dinner.
sha mei suggested going to Formosa Chang,
but due to the over-long distant,
they settled themselves at Holiday KTV,
with buffet dinner provided,
and the room kilometres away from the main food providing area.
zhu tou enjoyed the K session alot.
since he entered the room and put down his bag,
he cant stop fidgeting the remotes and screens :)
the first few songs he requested made him BIU alot of notes~
so around 4th or 5th songs,
he already turned into Ah Du.
but he enjoyed so much that he kept forcing himself to biu
though zao xias everywhere :)
he even helped sha mei to enter songs let her sing,
and the first song already wanted her life le~
see how tired is sha mei~
dunno what is zhu tou doing~
they sang till around 11+pm
after which, they took a cab back to the hotel.
so another night ended fast just like that.
On 23 Oct,
the first highlight of the day was some purchase from Cheng Pin bookstore.
it was a very big bookstore in taiwan.
it has different branches and luckily the one we went to look quite big and fine :)
zhu tou want to visit the bookstore cos his colleague asked him to buy a book for him. but unfortunately, zhu tou cannot find that book la!
so they just explored the bookstore by themselves.
sha mei stopped at a section where there's a few makeup books
published by some well known artists :)
zhu tou browsed around himself before finding sha mei,
he wanted to see if there's any english books
so sha mei showed him the where the section is,
there's only a small portion of english books
so zhu tou chose a few mysterious storybooks while sha mei picked a makeup book :)
after they paid for the books,
they went back to the mrt station where they alighted,
cos there has an underground shopping street.
as its about noon,
they went around huntin for places to eat.
after some simple exploration,
they arrived at a mini stretch of food stalls,
the food's not bad at all :)
and somemore its quiet and peaceful over that area.
"orhm do you wanna have dessert?"
zhu tou asked after their meal.
"HMMMM... ke yi loh~"
and then they appeared at an ice stall *orhm*
zhu tou ordered his standard mango ice,
whlie sha mei ordered a passionfruit snow ice.
the one zhu tou ordered was so niceeee until sha mei cant stop havin evil thought on it *grin*
zhu tou sensed that sha mei love the mango ice as well,
he kept tempting her with 1 spoon after 1 spoon :)
yum yum~~
they continued their shopping spree after their tummies were filled.
they came across alot of shoes, sorry its CHEAP SHOES!!
sha mei cant help but to spend the money "pretty wisely" on 3 pairs of shoes
by that shopping street :)
from that shopping street,
they strolled qute far and they realized that they arrived at another mrt station unknowingly.
as they did not know where else they can go,
for they visit the same placed a few times one after another,
they decided to head back to the hotel for a short rest,
before hitting xi men ding in the evening :)
upon arriving at xi men ding,
zhu tou and sha mei walked around to check out clothes and stuff.
finally this day, zhu tou bought some things for himself.
he saw some bermudas in a shop,
its simple and with strips.
zhu tou went to try it and found it to be nice :)
he ended up buying 2 of the same bermudas.
they ate a very famous mian xian
called Ah Zhong Mian Xian.
they cant dine in cos there's no table,
so everyone just stood outside the shop as they eat.
furher down the road,
zhu tou saw his favourite flip flop.
his old flip flop already turned abit brownish,
and soon it will be black.
so he bought a new one which he can bring back to spore :)
zhu tou and sha mei were walking,
when they suddenly saw the bagu which zhu tou bought a few days ago at 5 cents pu.
it looked so much similar and sha mei was curious about the price *evil*
so she pulled zhu tou into the shop and asked the price.
the bagu he bought at 5 cents pu costs ard NT$1200 but there only selling at NT$800
when zhu tou heard the price, he beng kui~
he started to picture himself as
A VERY HUGE CARROT HEAD,
with that 5 cents pu uncle standing beside him with an axe,
chopping and chopping and chopping his head.....
hahahahah~ so funny~ *oops*
and then the shop attendant started to ask where zhu tou and sha mei came from.
she said alot of singaporean visited her shops often and the prices they gave over there has feedback to be the lowest in xi men ding..
zhu tou's eyes were filled with tears and sorrow.
but still, he bought that similar bag that was much cheaper and with better material.
he then decided to give the old bag to his brother instead.
before they head back to the hotel,
they saw xin dong yang,
as there's a need to bring some traditional goodies back for their colleagues and friends, they entered the shop.
they bought alot of goodies back,
some they ate before, some the dont even know whats inside,
so they just anyhow take :)
with alot of things on hand,
they took a cab back to the hotel.
as they reached the hotel with an empty stomach
cos they haven taken dinner,
they headed out for dinner after a warm bath :)
they enquired the hotel reception if there's any nice food nearby,
so they walked along the side of the road where the hotel is situated
they settled down for dinner at ding tai feng.
they saw alot of people dining inside,
so they wanna take a try inside as well.
the food there's not bad,
especailly the cod fish :)
zhu tou love it.
though its just a few simple dishes,
the dinner still costs quite abit.
as both of them was feeling quite full and tired,
they slowly strolled back to the hotel :)
ever since the start of the trip,
zhu tou has been very caring,
carrying all sha mei's bagus and shoes by himself
so sha mei can shop freely and comfortably :)
he took great care of sha mei too,
helping her to take stuff whenever she "commands" him :)
On the very last day in Taiwan,
which was 24 Oct,
they took a cab to Zhong Shan station.
as the time was between breakfast and lunch,
they decided to take their Branch first as they were hungry.
they then find their way to a foodcourt thats below a shopping mall.
sha mei ordered a dish with rice wrapped in an omelette,
it was NICEEEEEEEEEEE~~
and zhu tou ordered something else.... (forgotten what is it already...)
but it was not as nice as sha mei's dish laaaaaaaa~~ *orhm*
after their Branch,
they took a mini stroll around the shopping mall.
zhu tou asked if sha mei wants to eat other things,
but because sha mei has a small appetite,
she rejected the offer *HAHAHAHHAHAHA*
the street was not that crowded cos it was a weekday
but the sky was slightly drizzling with cold breezes
and that makes the day very cooling :)
they walked down the street to check out other shops located alongside.
there arent alot of shops,
so sha mei entered Sasa,
well Singapore has Sasa but their products did not have as many varieties as Taiwan's Sasa~
sha mei cant help to linger around that shop
she's always worried that zhu tou might get bored everytime she shop on girls' stuffs.
but zhu tou always has the patience of waiting for her and kpoing the stuffs she's interested :)
eventually sha mei bought some things from there and less than 40 mins,
she's out of that store with smiles on her face *orhm*
they then continued to walk further down to another shopping mall,
it was a quiet shopping mall,
with branded shops all over the different storeys.
zhu tou was still trying to find his short sleeves t shirts,
and he came across a shop that was having promotions on the t shirts displayed.
he went to try some designs and they turned out fine,
with only 1 problem,
that is the right size for himself :)
he bought the sizes that are just right for him,
and he vowed to slim down by dunno-what-date..
after they left the place,
they slowly walked to Zhong Shan station and they took a train to Shi Zheng Fu station again
as there are a few Xin Guang San Yues around that area,
they just see see look look and shop as they walked~
around dinner time,
they settled themselves at 1 Shanghai Restaurant situated on one of the Xin Guang San Yue buildings,
they are not sure what to order.
so the waitress recommended them a set dinner for two.
it consists of appetizer, vege, meat, soup and xiao long baos :)
that dinner was so nice!!
especially the xiao long baos~
actually zhu tou's not that interested in the xiao long baos,
its just cos sha mei wanna eat,
he then decided to eat in that restaurant.
but can see he enjoyed himself alot there :)
they headed out of the shopping mall after dinner,
suddenly they saw another Cheng Pin bookstore nearby,
so zhu tou decided to check that store out to see if they have the book his colleague wants
just outside the Cheng Pin,
a misty view of Taipei 101~
when zhu tou went to ask the salesman about the book he's looking for,
sha mei came across a section where they displayed a taiwan popular magician's book.
so she asked zhu tou to take a look.
his passion-filled eyes instantly appeared to be burning with great desire when he saw the books in front of him with that magician's faces all over~
zhu tou has been wanting to learn magic and tryin to perform it with "cool-ness"
he is cool but still, you dai jin bu *orhm
before heading back to the hotel,
they dropped by the supermarket which was filled with ALL KIND OF TIBITS!!
sha mei was troubled by which kind of tibits she should buy,
so in the end,
she just buy a pack of baby biscuits,
ice creams and drinks :)
zhu tou kept asking her if there's anymore cos he's queueing already :)
the night ended with zhu tou and sha mei waiting for cab
in the midst of a very heavy rain.
and the queue was just outside the entrance of 1 of the Xin Guang San Yue.
the queue was very long and there's a few people trying to cut queue before them.
finally they reached the hotel around an hour's time.
zhu tou asked sha mei to bath first cos he's afraid that she will get sick :)
after which zhu tou took his bath when sha mei's done.
they then start packing for saturday's flight.
zhu tou wanted sha mei to review her zhan li pings.
so she put all the things she bought on the bed,
oh no, should be the things THEY have bought during the whole trip
but when the things were placed nicely on the bed,
they realized that the things zhu tou bought occupied a mini portion only.
sha mei was proud *grinz*

before leaving the hotel,
zhu tou wanna have some memories of the room.
the room is spacious and clean.
well, sha mei picked that hotel *proud*
just that the location is not THAT perfect~
and other than the boring breakfast,
everything's good :)

On the very day of departure,
zhu tou asked sha mei if she wanna go for a last min shopping.
of she said yes :)
zhu tou wanted to eat the dim sums at Brothers Hotel again,
so they went there around 11+am so sha mei can eat her kao bai cai :)
as they walked out of Brothers Hotel,
they dunno where to go so they just head down alongside of where the hotel was situated.
they went past a shop and zhu tou saw some interesting formal tops so they entered the shop
while sha mei was attracted by a bagu thats hanging near the entrance *orhm*
zhu tou asked sha mei if the tops are nice,
but she's too busy to share her attention with him~
hahahahha!!
not long after zhu tou talked to himself,
he realized that sha mei was posing herself with the bagu already :)
"WEI!!!" shouts zhu tou.
sha mei immediately woke up and searched for her zhu tou *wahahaha*
he then picked a couple of formal tops,
he saw that sha mei likes the bagu,
so he asked her to ask the salesgirl if there's a new piece.
so when they walked over to the cashier,
sha mei discovered another nice bagu *orhm*
she then considered which one to buy,
but zhu tou just said, "if you like, just buy both loh"
sha mei was thrilled!!~
she really loves the bagus,
and she also considered the restrains of zhu tou's purse,
but eventually she bought both bagus!!! *high*
zhu tou treats sha mei the best le:)
upon leaving the shop,
sha mei wanted to buy pao pao cha,
so zhu tou accompanied her to see if its selling anywhere near where they at.
but unfortunately,
they cant find,
so they went to buy drinks at 7-11 instead.
they then hailed for a cab back to hotel
and on the way back,
they found the taxi driver not bad,
and he offered them a fix price from the hotel to the airport.
and he agreed to pick them up around 4+pm.
zhu tou and sha mei then did a last min pack upon reaching hotel room.
as they need to check out of the room around noon time,
they decided to extend the hours to 4pm
so they relaxed awhile before preparing themselves back to Singapore.
zhu tou trying to hide behind sha mei,
cos he thought that
MIGHT make his face looks smaller~
but... see for yourself la~
while waiting to board the plane~
oh the trip finally comes to an end upon their arrival at the airport.
they were both very tired and shagged.
they managed to take little naps here and there on the plane,
but cos the plane is abit squeezy and stuff,
that makes them more tired.
upon arriving at the changi airport,
they faster check out of the counters to buy wines and beers before the duty shops close
due to some time allowance,
sha mei sneaked to the cosmetic store next door to get herself another eyeliner,
thats the third one already *orhm*
who ask the duty free shop sells the cosmetics at such a wonderful rates~~
so after grabbing all the necessary things they are entitled to,
they went to the belt to get their luggages.
zhu tou took sha mei back to her house before going back home,
he chatted and complained to her mum about her daughter's greediness in taiwan
and then he headed back home himself :)
